Bunnie’s SF-LF Banana Cream Pie

 

(1)  Baked Pie Shell or graham cracker crust       

(1) 8 oz container of FF sour cream                                           

(2)  8 oz containers of Cool Whip Free                

(1) small box of instant FF vanilla pudding

(3)  Good size bananas, sliced                            

(1) 8 oz cup of 2% Milk

 

Mix together the pudding mix, the milk and the sour cream.  It will begin to thicken.  When thoroughly mixed, FOLD in one of the container of THAWED Cool Whip Free.  Then, fold in the sliced bananas and pour mixture into the pie shell/crust. 

 

Chill for 10-15 minutes and top it with the other container of THAWED Cool Whip Free. 

 

Chill for at least an hour before serving. 

 

If you don’t tell them, they will never know that is it sugar free and low fat. Great dessert if you are serving a diabetic with a sweet tooth!
