Locust Lumber Company is a family-owned business that has served Stanly County and surrounding markets for over 50 years! We are a full service building materials dealer serving the residential and commercial markets. Roy Huneycutt purchased Locust Lumber in 1947. The company is now owned and operated by Roys' two sons, Joel and Leon Huneycutt. Joel and Leon's sons work for the company...and plan on continuing in a family tradition.

 

In 1995, Locust Lumber expanded to Union County. The Company now employs a total of 65 dedicated people. We at Locust Lumber believe in treating people honestly and fairly...and we attribute our success to that fact!

 

Locust Lumber employs an outside sales force that is available to come to your job site and care for ALL of your building needs.
